This little girl is part of The Carolers collection by A Byers Choice Ltd. She holds a baby doll with porcelain/ceramic face and hands in a lace dress and hat. The caroler, herself, is wearing a plaid skirt with a felt green turtleneck and black shoes. You will notice her hair is a little frizzy after more than 20 years of being on display for Christmas celebrations. She stands about 10 inches tall on a green pedestal with original felt, a gold sticker to identify the caroler as "Child with Toy" and the Byers' Choice Ltd label for The Carolers copyright 1999, Chalfont, PA USA.
